Project Needs and Beneficiaries

The target beneficiaries are children and adolescents in a situation of social vulnerability, in the neighbourhood of Esplanada Santa Terezinha, city of Taubaté, São Paulo. Here are concentrated innumerable families who daily face problems of drug abuse, alcoholism, domestic violence, sex abuse and unemployment, which generate family instability and hinder the healthy development of young children and adolescents. We implement several activities to support these families socially and spiritually

Activities

We offer children and adolescents a variety of scheduled weekly activities, such as Handicraft, Christian Education, Musical Education, Dancing, Choir Rehearsal, Drama, Football, as well as Nursing, Tutoring, Psychological Counseling and Nutrition.

Expected Outcomes

The project envisions creating 3 more centers in the next 9 years in suburban neighborhoods of Taubaté. We support children and adolescents from socially vulnerable backgrounds, therefore contributing to their emancipation and future quality of life.

Project Message

During the past year we had some difficulties but the victories were far greater. We can only thank God for everything he has given us, the partners and the volunteers, may God keep blessing us all.
