This fund allows donors to contribute to a general fund that will be used to reward the 5 projects that post the most updates per quarter and to run challenges to incent projects to raise more funds.

	$40 - Provide rehabilitation for a Kenyan teenage mother for 1 week
	$50 - Buy a guitar for an American student in a music program or help 2 families in India develop a compost for organic farming
	$100 - Provide a short-term loan to a Kenyan teen mother to start a business
