• About My Inner Philanthropist (why I give): I have gained so much in my life from living and working with people in Burkina Faso, including my former students (1970-72 PCV experience) as well as Burkinabe friends in Sayaga, Yako, Dablo, Boni, and Ouagadougou. I give because I have seen the positive effects of education on the development of Burkina Faso over the past 38 years. I also give because I can.
