More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesPoor people working in the markets of Cochabamba do not have the opportunity to let society know their necessities and demands. Through the microphones of radio, society learns of the poor people’s needs and is compelled to help improve their life conditions. The radio is the scene of encounter between people who wish to help needy people. The beneficiaries of this activity are about 50,000 poor people who work in the popular markets of the city of Cochabamba, Bolivia. ActivitiesThe poor workers use the microphones to express their necessities to society. The radio provides a nurse, doctor and lawyer for citizens and organizes advanced training courses in the necessary areas (health, education, etc.).
