Earthquake Aid for Women and Children Survivors
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesMillions of families have been displaced following the recent devastating earthquake in South Asia. The priority for our project will be families with children who have been displaced. Specifically, one of our master artisans has lost four family members and will now have to take care of all the children and women of those families. There are thousands of similar cases. We want to help as many as we can. ActivitiesMany families’ sole breadwinners have been killed by the earthquake and will need long-term support and care. We will be offering support to master artisan teachers in Kashmir who are in desperate need of assistance. Funding InformationTotal Funding Received to Date: $3,981 Funding InformationThis project is now in implementation and no longer available for funding. Received funds will be used to accomplish concrete objectives as indicated in the project's "Activities" section. Updates will be posted under the "Progress Report" tab as they become available. Donors' contributions and pledges to this project totaled $3,981. The original project funding goal was $50,000.
