Personnel Overview

Erica Mackie - Executive Director
Erica Mackie is an energy engineer, and has worked for renewable energy, energy efficiency and solar electric systems firms. Erica has overseen the installation of solar electric systems and energy efficiency retrofits ranging in construction cost from $10,000 to $1.7 million. She was involved in the design of San Francisco’s Power Savers program for underserved small business owners.

Tim Sears - Program Director
Tim Sears is an energy engineer, and has designed and installed solar electric systems, wind turbines, micro-hydro systems and bio-diesel reactors. He has managed energy and construction projects totaling more than $3 million. He secured government funding for past clients including Alaskan Native Tribal Health Consortium, and is a member of the Sierra Club Bay Chapter Energy Subcommittee.
