Mission

Pathfinder International believes reproductive health is a basic human right. To that end, Pathfinder works to provide women, men, and adolescents throughout the developing world with access to quality family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) information and services, halt the spread of HIV/AIDS, provide care to women suffering from the complications of unsafe abortion, and advocate for sound reproductive health policies in the U.S. and abroad.

Programs

Pathfinder works with local partner organizations in over 25 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, focusing on its five program priorities: 1) improving access to FP/RH information and services; 2) eliminating unsafe abortion; 3) addressing adolescent sexual and reproductive health; 4) advocating for sound international FP/RH policies; and 5) working to halt the spread of HIV/AIDS.
