Personnel Overview

Tim Bauer - Vice President of Operations
Tim is responsible for the establishment and management of Envirofit’s installation and service centers, as well as for related supply logistics. Mr. Bauer has been involved in the development of clean two-stroke engine technology since 2000, and has lived abroad in both Europe and the Middle East.

Nathan Lorenz - Vice President of Engineering
Nathan is responsible for the overall design of the retrofit kit and for optimizing the performance of the Envirofit technology. Mr. Lorenz has worked extensively on the two-stroke retrofit design at the EECL as well as on the direct injection retrofitting of large stationary engines for industry.

Ron Bills - CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Bills began his career as an Engineer in the Aerospace industry with Martin Marietta Aerospace. Mr. Bills spent over 13 years in the consumer durables industry where he led major business units for Bombardier, Yamaha and Polaris Industries. Recently, as CEO of Segway, Mr. Bills has been able to apply his broad range of business leadership experience in all facets of the process.
