She travels to Cambodia every three months to monitor TSF’s projects, which serve 1,500 children daily, and provides daily oversight through email contact with the In-Country Director.

Elephant, who oversees TSF’s Cambodian staff and daily operations of 16 projects, began working for The Sharing Foundation in 2000 as Dr. Hendrie’s driver. He rapidly earned expanded responsibilities, and from 2002-04 served as Deputy Director of TSF’s Roteang Orphanage.
