Personnel Overview

Irene Wambui Mwangi - Executive Director
28 years old, married with one child. She has 7 years experience in micro finance activities among the bottom poor. Has assisted over 300 youths and 400 women start and manage income generating activities and is actively involved in helping halt HIV/AIDS across Africa. Appointed Eb-F C.E.O last year after having worked as a field officer and Credit Manager for 5 years.Will oversee the implemen

Francois Njoga - Credit Manager
29 years old and unmarried. 5 years experience in social based microfinance. Has Worked with youth programmes in Kenya, Ghana and India. He will be responsible for all the grants and loans to be issued to the beneficiaries in the project.

Naomi Wanjiru - Finance Manager
35 years old and married with 3 three Children.5 years auditing experience at Kenya Central Bank and 10 years experience as senior Accountant. She will be responsible for all accounting activities of the project and in managing the education and health sponsorship activities.
