Help Niger Families Produce Clean Drinking Water
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesRural families in thirsty Niger have no safe drinking water in their villages. Women must walk and fetch water. Water-related diseases and diarrhoea are prevalent. Families can have, at any rural household levels, simple effective water purification techniques, implemented via community training, by using natural available resources: sun, clay and the miracle moringa seeds. Moringa seeds remove bacteria and water turbidity. ActivitiesOur programs are to train families about moringa seed properties to teach them how to produce safe drinking water from the river, fostering promotion of locally handmade natural clay pot filters.
