Dreams Can Be Foundation

Mission

DCBF is a US 501 c3 nonprofit charitable supporting organization and a Brazilian NGO dedicated to aiding street children and impoverished youth in Brazil. We work in partnership with local organizations and NGO's to provide: education, moral and social development, humanitarian relief, and the offering of opportunities where there were none before.

Mario Fernando Bolognesi - Executive Coordinator
Mario was a member of the original work group who made CIRCUS possible. The group formed out of the Sao Paulo University UNESP which has a strong department in the study of youth development. Mario has given strong leadership to the group and helped immensely in gaining offices and resources for not only the activists, but the participants- He is the author of the book '"A Clown's Life."
