Personnel Overview
Matthew Clausen - Vice President, Partnership Development
Matt works to strengthen Partners’ network of volunteers through capacity-building of local chapters, improving communications, and sharing project experiences. Matt has trained volunteers in over 15 countries. He received his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore and his Masters in Public Policy from Harvard. In Ecuador, he worked as a volunteer English teacher and also lived briefly in Ghana.
Tony Goodrow - President, Volunteer2
Tony Goodrow is a the President of Volunteer Squared, a company specializing in software and process design to facilitate the efficient and effective recruitment and management of volunteers, the founder of a network community based volunteer centers in Canada, Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Burlington and was the Founding Chair of the Carpenter Hospice in Burlington.
Gina Pezzano - President, Centro-Norte-Oriente Colombia Chapter
Gina is a Conflict Resolution/Negotiation Specialist from UNINORTE in Barranquilla, Colombia since 1980. She was director of the Psychology Program and is now the director of Student Affairs. She is Chair of the National Committee of the Colombian Association of Universities ASCUN- Promotion of Human Development. Gina has researched drug abuse effects and prevention and works to empower youth.
