To encourage and equip businesspeople of faith to help the poor and each other. We do this by supporting one another in growing businesses, creating jobs, transforming lives, and ending poverty.
Programs
Partners Worldwide addresses global poverty and unemployement through a unique four point approach: North-South partnerships, business mentoring, access to capital, and advocacy on behalf of the poor.

Personnel Overview
Roxanne de Graaf - Million Mentors Initiaitive Coordinator
Roxanne is the Partners Worldwide director of North America Partnerships and Foundation Relations, as well as the Million Mentors Initiative Coordinator. She has worked in community and business development for over 15 years, in Kenya, New Mexico, and Grand Rapids. Roxanne has has also been a town planner and co-director of a non-profit with award-winning food business development facilities
Dave and Wendy Van Klinken - Long-term Volunteers for F2F Partnership
David began farming in the mid 1960’s. In 1987, after selling his family farm, he began a new career as manager of a Yakima Valley 2,500-acre diversified farm operation. In 1997, he began employment as one of four managers of a 26,000 acre diversified farming business in Eastern Washington, Oregon, and Argentina. Wendy served as a nurse for over 18 years and now helps to coordinate mentoring.
