Mission

To promote citizenship and environmental values aimed children through television and multimedia materials using the edutainment approach.

Personnel Overview

María Elena Ordóñez - Executive Director
Passionate conservationist educator and recognized social entrepreneur. Maria Elena has more than 20 years working in education and children television in Ecuador. She is a fellow of Ashoka and Schwab Foundation and Leader of Avina Foundation. She has had important recognition within Ecuador and Latin America as a promoter educational television for children.

Pablo Palacios - Projects Manager
Mr. Palacios has been working in children television programs since 1986 as the producer, executive producer, research consultant and co-creator for the Arcandina TV Show. Mr. Palacios has been working as Country Representative of the Center for Communication Programs of the Johns Hopkins University, and communication advisor for USAID and AED.
