More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesThe MCH-Clinic provides basic medical services to 7,000 people in the remote Tamang villages of Gatlang, Goljung, and Chilime. These communities suffer from health problems associated with crippling poverty, such as diarrhea, worm infestation, malnutrition, acute respiratory infections, and tuberculosis. A basic medical lab would have a significant positive impact on our ability to more accurately diagnose and treat these common ailments. ActivitiesRenovate the facility (ceiling, walls, floor, and lighting), acquire furniture, equipment, and supplies, install the new equipment, support annual costs for one year Funding InformationTotal Funding Received to Date: $790 Funding InformationThis project is now in implementation and no longer available for funding.
