Promote Occupational Health in Southern China
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesOccupational health & safety (OHS) is one of the key issues encountered by migrant workers working in the cities of Southern China. The lack of education & training increases the risk of the workers in suffering from work accidents & occupational disease. By producing education materials, providing participatory OHS training and involving workers in improving their work environment, workers will be able to learn more to secure their health at work. ActivitiesWe will produce education materials on OHS & distribute to workers. This will help increase the awareness of OHS issues in some high risk industries.We will also advocate workers to participate in OHS training & improvement.
