Project Needs and Beneficiaries
Calincing Love Rainbow Foundation and Cogreg community group have identified a program for children who are in danger of dropping out of school. Children cannot continue their school if they can't pay school expenses. Assistance is for provide a learning center, scholarships, school equipment, simple library & a playground. There are 70 children ages 5 – 17 who will be involved in this free educational program.

Project Title : Learning Centre for Cogreg Village Children
Summary
In the last even semester Jan – Jun 2008, 10 students of Elementary School have been graduated to upper level, from class 5 to 6. Twenty students of Junior and High School also graduated to upper level. Now all children are still schooling in local school.
Everyday after school time over 03.00 – 05.30 pm, children in Cogreg village come to our Village Library for reading books, comics, and magazine and meet their friends for playing together.
Learning for Al Quran and Bible
These activities are still running well. Ten children (age 5 – 12 years old) following the Al Quran Reading Practical and ten children following the Learning for Bible (for Christian’s children). All children are happy doing this activity. The older boy now can help teacher to teach their friends.
Our problem now is; we need to pay the rental house for next 6 months July until December 2008. Please help us paying the rental house so our children can continue these activities.
Providing School Equipments
The school equipments which we provided in March 2008 are still using by children until recent day. The school equipments which we provided are: daily school uniform, Boy Scout’s uniform, Sport uniform, stationeries and school bags. All children are happy and now they need to buy new books as their class. Please help us to provide new books and practical tools for our children.
Village Library
This is the most favorite activity for our children. We have a simple village library. In this library we have small reading room, three big book racks and some books, literatures, magazines and general knowledge books. The library opens daily. This library is for all children who live in Cogreg village. Please help us to provide much more books, magazine, literatures and pictures.

Learning for Al Quran and Bible (20 children)
Continuing training session for 6 months July – Dec 08:
a. Pay for extended house rental for Al Quran and Bible Reading Practical: 6 months (July – Dec 08) x Rp 1.000.000 = Rp 6.000.000 (USD $706)
b. Stationeries, sarong, note books = 20 children x Rp 300.000 = Rp 6.000.000 (USD $706)
c. Local trainers: 2 trainers x 6 months x Rp 500.000 = Rp 6.000.000 (USD $706)

Providing School Equipments (30 children)
Providing the school equipments for odd semester July – Dec 08:
1. Elementary school
a. Books: 10 children x Rp 300.000 = Rp 3.000.000 (USD $353)
b. Stationeries: 10 children x Rp 150.000 = Rp 1.500.000 (USD $177)
2. Junior High School
a. Books: 10 children x Rp 500.000 = Rp 5.000.000 (USD $589)
b. Stationeries: 10 children x Rp 200.000 = Rp 2.000.000 (USD $236)
3. High School
a. Books: 10 children x Rp 750.000 = Rp 7.500.000 (USD $883)
b. Stationeries: 10 children x Rp 250.000 = Rp 2.500.000 (USD $295)

Village Library
Improving the village library for 100 children:
1. Pay for room rental July – Dec 08: 6 months x Rp 750.000 = Rp 4.500.000 (USD $530)
2. Provide general books: Rp 3.500.000 (USD $412)
3. Provide book’s racks: Rp 1.500.000 (USD $177)
Sub Total C: Rp 9.500.000 (USD $1,119)
