Mission
Major purpose is to empower the youth and women to be self sufficient and dependent, by giving them opportunities and a platform to engage their potential in a sustainable and practical manner
The mission is to improve the livelihoods of youth and women through capacity building, improved access to ICT and enhanced communication on issues challenging them in their communities
Programs
Community & Media program enables youth gain basic film & photo skills to address social issues affecting them.
Capacity Building programs organize trainings on tree, sack & fish farming,&other micro enterprise & food security projects.
Health & Culture program conducts research to identify cultural practices that contribute to health risks in the community and to determine culturally sensitive,realistic,sustainable methods of reducing these risks using short films as dialogue starters.

Personnel Overview
Oby Obyerodhyambo - Founder and Director
Has worked with PATH (Program for Appropriate Technology in Health) and FHI as program officer in charge of training, capacity development, community development and health in Africa, Asia and Europe. Role is advisory, supervisory and design of training curricula, as well as developing project guidelines and key indicators. He also contributes in designing monitoring and evaluation tools.
Victor Ombonya - Program Coordinator
Co-founder of Zingalamaduni, a craft business. Worked with KICK in 2002 (Kisumu Innivation Center - Kenya) as Program Officer. Also worked with ECODEV (Economic Development organization - a local NGO). Role is to coordinate trainings, develop curricula, perform appraisals, undertake monitoring, evaluation, develop narrative and financial reports to donors, and ensure project objectives are met.
