Learning to use the internet and computers
This is part of the Information & Communication Technology training for the community, especially the women. They learn how to use the computers and the internet to research for information and markets for their products. This is taking place at the Abila Creative Center offices.
Putting appropriate technology/craft to work
Members of a Women’s group using an oil press to press moringa seeds, an indigenous plant with medicinal and nutritional value, for oil which they package in small bottles and sell in the community and at the town center.
The Burdens of the rural woman
