Project Needs and Beneficiaries

Children between the ages of 5 and 12 will grow up in a safe and loving family environment with access to all programs that Refilwe offers – education, medical care, food and will remain at Refilwe until they are able to fend for themselves. Helping these children will offer hope that their cycle of poverty will be broken and for their offspring as well.

Latest Update from the Field

"Rehab" of the first chalet for 6 Orphans

By Brian La Trobe - Dr, April 29, 2008 06:07 PM

This renovation has begun. THe delay has been unfortunate but unavoidable. The builders are on site and the new House Mother will be appointed by the end of May. By July we will be purchasing the final furnishings just prior to being ready for the new little family. We still require about $4500.00 to complete this first phase. Progress photos will follow shortly.
