Karing for Kids
Mission
Karing for Kids (KFK Nepal) runs a Mother and Child Health Clinic (MCH-Clinic) in the rural mountain communities of Rasuwa, Nepal. KFK Nepal is a non-government charity organization working to save the lives of children in Nepal since 1997.
Programs
Management of childhood illnesses such as diarrhea, worm infestation, malnutrition, and acute respiratory infections Immunization services for women and children Antenatal/post natal care for pregnant women and gynecological treatment
Laboratory services for basic tests Family planning and counseling services Treatment of sexually transmitted diseases Treatment of tuberculosis and other general diseases/problems

Pragati Ghale - President/Clinic Director
Manager, KFK MCH-Clinic * Registered nurse * 17 years experience at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Kathmandu (4 yrs as Senior Nurse in the Maternity Ward; 8 yrs as a Senior Nurse for Nepal's first National Heart Team).
