Mission
To collaborate with relevant local and international groups as well as other stakeholders to bring clean drinking water and improved sanitation to marginalized rural groups especially those living in the environmentally degraded oil producing communities in southeastern Nigeria.
Programs
Our programs are centered on clean water provision, sanitation improvement and hygiene promotion through Research, Networking and Advocacy, Action intervention and Capacity Building.

Personnel Overview
Mr. Joachim Ezeji - Project Manager /Team Leader
He started his career with Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) as a community water scheme operator, in its Zone āCā Water Scheme in Port Harcourt in 1998.Joachim has effectively piloted the affairs of RAWDP including it working relationship with African Development Bank, the UN-Habitat, the World Bank and the Gender and Water Alliance amongst others.
Mr. Isaac Chidiadi Adiele - Project Accountant/Deputy Project manager
Before joining RAWDP in 2004, he worked with Tabitha Informatory organization, Emekon Investment limited and Afri-bank limited all based in the Niger Delta. This working experience imbued him with relevant skills in facilitating workshops, advocacy and community mobilization, proposal and report writing, research and analysis, budget and financial management, project monitoring and evaluation.
Mr. Bathlomew Oparaji - Principal Production and Training Officer.
He has over 5 years practical working experience with Rural Africa Water Development Project and the private sector. Barth has attended numerous trainings on household water treatment and safe storage in both North America and Europe.
