With over 19 years experience working with international development agencies in the West Bank and Gaza, Ms. Abu Hijleh is responsible for leading the CHF field team in the management of several programs aimed at employment generation through infrastructure development, using community participation approaches, housing and business development credit, and womens economic empowerment.
