Graduated University of Ghana, Legon with BA Deg. in Sociology-'67;postgrad training at Univ. of Manchester and MA at Univ. of Sussex. Worked with Ministry of Finance & Economic Planning-17 yrs. Implemented social and economic projects (education, training, health, clinics) impacting lives of women, children and elderly.
