Personnel Overview

Chris Macoloo - Area Representative for East Africa
Dr. Macoloo is the East Africa Area Representative and has expertise in program design, implementation and evaluation. He has over five years experience in program management and has worked with the Netherlands SNV. He has a doctoral degree in Urban Planning from the University of Nairobi.

Andrew Mwansumbule Jackson - Project Coordinator
Mr. Jackson is a Tanzanian and serves as the Community Asset Building Coordinator for Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya. He has a Masters degree in Business, with over five years of community level development experience. He worked for both private and public sectors in Tanzania and in the East Africa region.
