Personnel Overview

Donald Amuah - Director
Donald Amuah has a Masters degree in social development from Britain. Before serving as Country Director for World Neighbors, Donald worked as a social advisor to mobilize community participation for rural water projects. He is also an evaluation specialist. As Chairperson of a network of grassroots organizations, Donald is an articulate advocate to overcome marginalization in northern Ghana.

John Boscos Asobayire - Program Assistant
John Boscos is responsible for the income generation activities. He has his academic training in business and community development and has worked with the program for three years.

Sebastian Alaguplinsa - Community Organizer
Sebastian has his academic training in social welfare. Although he recently joined POSCOM, he has been working in the NGO sector for the past two years.
