Share & SaveMore Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesWith a focus on children under five years old and women of reproductive age, IMC has implemented a range of services to meet the needs of more than 288,000 Darfurians who have been severely traumatized by the ongoing violence in the region. IMC implements health and training programs aimed at responding to the immediate needs of communities and building the long-term capacity of the health care system. Private support allows IMC to continue services and expand operations to remote communities. ActivitiesIMC currently operates seven primary health care centers and two mobile clinics in five areas throughout Darfur: Nyala (South Darfur), Al Geneina, Deleij (Garsilla), Zalengei, and the Zalengei-Garsilla corridor and Mukjar (West Darfur).
