Personnel Overview
M. Subburaman - Project Director
M. Subburaman a B.Sc., B.Ed., graduate, had the practical experience of working for more than 10 years with different National and International Organizations at the time of starting the organization. SCOPE has been started with an intention to help the rural folk who have been ignored, neglected and deprived of development opportunities both by the government and other private agencies.
Jack Sim - Founder Director
Jack Sim, Founder of World Toilet Organization (WTO), adopted the mission to raise the standards of public toilets in Singapore and around the world. Jack developed a keen interest and concern for toilets because he felt that this subject was neglected and there was much to be done, which led him to establish the Restroom Association of Singapore (RAS) in 1998.
RS Arun Kumar - Executive Director
Arun is the Executive Director in World Toilet Organization. He has been with WTO since February 2006 and has been instrumental in initiating development and humanitarian projects in sustainable sanitation in developing countries.
