Ashoka envisions a world where Everyone is a Changemaker: a world that responds quickly and effectively to social challenges, and where each individual has the freedom, confidence and societal support to address any social problem and drive change. Ashoka strives to shape a global, entrepreneurial, competitive citizen sector: one that allows social entrepreneurs to thrive and enables the world’s citizens to think and act as changemakers.

Darryl Pitt - Project officer
Darryl grew up in a disadvantage community, known as Eldorado Park, in the South West of Johannesburg and is part of Soweto. He has two degrees in graphic design and branding and has worked in various advertising and design agencies in Johannesburg. Darryl is also qualified as a personal trainer and an aerobic instructor.In his free time, Darryl runs two other youth Organizations in his community.
