The death of one of the homeless players
Homeless players are never save in the slums of Nairobi. This player, King Tubbs, was killed brutally by police after he ran when he was caught smoking marijuana in Huruma slums. He was the captain of the Kenya Homeless Team to Australia before he was shot dead. RIP King Tubbs.

Kenya Homeless team to Melbourne 2008
The players have been selected from Street youth, Slum youth, Substance abusing and HIV/AIDS affected youth of Kenya. The all come from extremely poor backgrounds and the hope for life changing experience lies in Homeless World Cup. Wish them luck please.
