Mission
To Enhance the performance of African NGOs that serve and or advocate on behalf of the continent's underpriviledged or that are generally engaged in improving and ensuring the optimum development of the continent's human and economic resources.

Phylicia Mortey - Founder and CEO
Phylicia has a long-standing history in social/voluntary/ philanthropic activities and has worked in both the corporate and nonprofit world; such as FIU's Center for Transnational and Comparative Studies, UNICEF (Ghana) and LAMCO JV Corp (Liberia). She has a Master of International Development (MID) degree from the University of Pittsburgh (GSPIA) and a BA in International Relations from FIU, USA.
Rosemary Amedzi - Personal Assistant
Rosemary has a Stenographer Secretary Certificate and a Diploma Certificate from Dard Professional Institute. She has worked with some of Ghana’s leading companies. Such companies include La Palm Royal Beach Hotel and Netplux Ghana Limited.
