Andi Asriadi Rauf - Leader of Puspem Foundation
Andi Asriadi Rauf is a former consultant of the Community Empowering Body in Jakarta Local Government. He has studied in Japan and Cairo for empowering community programs. Andi has 3 years experiences in education, research, and development with local communities in Jakarta, Aceh, and Sulawesi.

Mr. Usman - Puspem Director
Usman is former member of the PSPK coordinator program. Usman has more than 100 years of experience in community development programs in Indonesia.

Mr. Syuhab - Field Coordinator
Mr. Syuhab was one of the teachers in Yogyakarta. At this time he also joined the Puspem team for the Yogyakarta territory.
