More Information About this Project

Project Needs and Beneficiaries

Deaf women and their families are at risk. Not only are they excluded because of their language, but also because of their being women. Most of them are illiterate and have almost no information about how to care about themselves, their motherhood planning, pregnancy and their hearing or deaf children. 50 deaf women will benefit directly form workshops in Buenos Aires and its sorroundings, and about 5000 will benefit from information sent to deaf schools and associations in video and paper form

Activities

We will educate young women for them to be healthier and raise healthier families. We will provide accesible videos to deaf women nationwide for them to be able to consult their doubts whenever and wherever they need it.
