Search for Common Ground (SFCG) works in 14 countries across the globe, using innovative approaches to addressing conflict. SFCG's tools range from media to sports events to workshops and trainings, encouraging adversaries to find common ground on issues of concern.

Frances manages SFCG's programs in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea. With over 18 years of experience in West Africa, Frances is responsible for developing a number of creative peacebuilding activities, including a musical peace tour in RUF-held territory in Sierra Leone.
