Dr. Cissy Kityo Mutuluuza - Deputy Director
Dr. Kityo Mutuluuza is Deputy Director Research and Clinical, Joint Clinical Research Center. She has been heavily involved in HIV/AIDS research on self-generated research projects, International collaboration (USA, WHO, UNAIDS, Europe and Japan) and Ugandan internal collaborative research projects. From 1989 - 1991, she served as a medical officer rotating in all disciplines
