Project Needs and Beneficiaries
Student teams are establishing Community Learning and Technology Centers (CLTCs) to provide the average Ghanaian access to ICT. 7 CLTCs have been established so far. Over 50 CLTCs will be established throughout the country over the next 5 years. Funds will be used to employ 4 Community Services Foundation (CSF) staff, provide transportation needs for student teams and prepare CLTC facilities for installation of computer and network equipment.
Activities
CSF, founds CLTCs to work with local school administration and community leaders to prepare a facility, trainers and local management team. CSF then runs the training program for trainers at KNUST.
