Nurse provides medical care
A nurse provides an injection to a child. The project regularly provides medication and drugs, especially on opportunistic infections to vulnerable groups.
Home-based Care
Home-based care has proven to be one of the best strategies of giving hope to families affected by HIV/AIDS. Family members play an integral part in taking care of infected people and their children.
Sensitization Campaign
A group of mothers breastfeed their children during a food distribution campaign where poor families were provided with food, blankets, baby milk and other necessities.
Young orphan receiving treatment
A young orphan receives treatment during one of ATM’s free medical camps. Hundreds of villagers have benefited from such services.
Peer educators increase
An ATM official goes through the paces during a peer education training held to recruit more young people as HIV/AIDS community workers in Moi's Bridge. Part of the funding for this project were contributed by GlobalGiving donors.

A teen mother goes through the paces as she is trained on how to bake bread. Empowering vulnerable families ensures that they are able to cater for their long-term needs.
Water treatment from GlobalGiving
A community health worker uses water from the newly installed treated tank obtained by funds donated by GloblGiving donors. The water will be used by an estimated 100 families in Kapkoi village in Moi's Bridge, Kenya. ATM still needs to acquire three more water tanks.

This was a culmination of six days of training of peer educators on HIV attended by youth, parent and teachers. Funds used were also contributed by GlobalGiving donors. Small businesses launched!
After receiving some funds contributed by GlobalGiving supporters, we were able to facilitate the training of 9 women in business management. The photo shows one of the recipients of a sewing machine contributed by ATM after completion of the course. She is now self-reliant, thanks to GlobalGiving!
ATM takes part in Famine relief Campaign
With the Kenyan government having declared famine as a national disaster, ATM launched a grassroot campaign to sensitize the community on sustainable food production. An ATM volunteer is seen overseeing in the distribution of relief food to poor families
