NEED

Mission

The mission is to create an impact upon the lives of deprived citizens of society, particularly women and children, enabling them to maximize their human resource potential and change their lives with significant emphasis on their livelihoods and positive change in socio-economic, political, environmental and cultural spheres of life.

Programs

NEED’s principal program is the socio-economic empowerment of deprived communities—targeting the women and children of these communities—by facilitating the development of grassroots organizations, by creating economic and social opportunities, and by enhancing existing human resource capacities in an environmentally sustainable manner.

Amit Kumar - Dev. Manager
Amit Kumar is a MBA in Rural Management from Fr. M.V.D. Bogeart Institution i.e. XIDAS, Jabalpur, M.P. having very rich grassroots experience working on Farmers Interest Groups (FIGs) and Farmers Schools towards diversifying the agriculture operation in a eco-friendly manner.

Dr. Jagan Nath Pathak - Project Coordinator
Jgan Nath Pathak is an expert in agriculture having education in agriculture extension and experience in ATS.

Seema Tiwari - Dev. Associate
Seema Tiwari has a Masters Degree in Economics and 5-years experience in working among rural women.
