More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesThe project needs to increase and improve its human and financial resources, to contribute through infrastructural, technical and institutional support to a more professional work on the part of working class youths and young alternative artists that are excluded from the cultural circuit allowing them to have access to a greater audience, self work, micro industry and to share their proposals and stance regarding a society affected by neoliberal policies and globalization.
