More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesNeed: To address the suspicion, hurt and division in the minds of the violence hit Kashmiri people through a healing process. To catalyze a people's movement for bringing back peace and property, through a practical approach of developing entrepreneurial and mentoring skills to motivate future catalysts. To awaken their pride, self-esteem and collective energy and channel it towards productive and life affirming ways for lasting peace, through activity and dialogue. Beneficiaries: the youth ActivitiesThe methodology that we have chosen for this project is based on building the capacities of the local NGO's & peace leaders in J&K supporting them through the creation of Trainer Manuals, Handbooks on Leadership and Youth, as well as training.
