C0M-MART- The Community Friendly Market Place
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesAn important part of our business model is to reengineer the existing value chain where for a product that retails for $20 the producer in the developing country gets $1, the developing country exporter gets $4 and the US Importer gets $15. This chain has a lot of waste and by eliminating waste and using the web effectively we believe we can get a far greater % of the retail value back to the developing country. We have already demonstrated this with our prototype (www.suvy.com). ActivitiesCOM-MART is dedicated to build a virtue market place to facilitate small to medium suppliers in developing country to find their customers in developed countries, first in US.
