Indira Jena has been working in the women’s movement for 30 years. Prior to joining Nirnaya she worked as a director in the women’s wing of a community development funding agency. She is a trainer and freelance development consultant.

Sugathri Sharma - Program Officer
Prior to joining Nirnaya, Sugathri Sharma worked with a corporate community development foundation for over two years. She holds a Masters in Sociology.

Vasantha Kumari - Project Support Associate
Vasantha Kumari holds a Masters in social work and has worked on World Bank and ILO projects for two years.
