When disaster strikes, communications are often inoperable. A vital requirement for a nation in crisis becomes the coordination of aid. Phase Two enables NGOs to efficiently serve communities in East, West and Southern Africa who suffer from poor nutrition, infant mortality, lack of food, water, education or healthcare, HIV/AIDS or from natural or manmade disasters ActivitiesNetHope identifies field IT hardware and software requirements, supervises material deployment, trains staff, monitors and evaluates, and providing simple but long-term solutions for voice and data IT in everyday development or disaster areas.
