Project Needs and Beneficiaries

Tsunami survivors are coming to terms with the aftermath of the disaster, and the focus is shifting to rehabilitation. The government is working out support packages and procedures for administering them. NGOs are carrying out needs assessment surveys. As needs and resource gaps become clearer in the weeks to come, GiveInida will assess rehabilitation projects such as rebuilding schools, constructing homes, livelihood support, setting up homes for the destitute, comprehensive care for orphans.
