Food and Clothing for Orphaned Children
More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesA large number of children in India lost one or both parents in the tsunami. Existing or new orphanages may take in the children but need financial help to pay for their care. ActivitiesJust $360 will pay sponsor one orphan for a year, including food, clothing, schooling, and health care. With full funding this project will support 100 Indian orphans. Funding InformationTotal Funding Received to Date: $3,580 Funding InformationThis project is now in implementation and no longer available for funding. Received funds will be used to accomplish concrete objectives as indicated in the project's "Activities" section. Updates will be posted under the "Progress Report" tab as they become available. Donors' contributions and pledges to this project totaled $3,580. The original project funding goal was $36,000.
