Mission
In Nepal, World Neighbors works in close partnership with 7 different local social change organizations in 4 adjoining districts in the Terai plains. Each local partner has its own identity, but all share the aim of empowering women and working with marginalized, low-caste people to overcome poverty and exploitation. World Neighbors contribution is to add a strong capacity building, leadership training and reproductive health dimension to each of the programs
Programs
The other programs of 7 local partners address a variety of activities including: sanitation, water supply, human rights, civic education, cultural programs, food security, agriculture, animal health and tree growing
