Search for Common Ground (SFCG) works in 14 countries across the globe, using innovative approaches to addressing conflict. SFCG's tools range from media to sports events to workshops and trainings, encouraging adversaries to find common ground on issues of concern.

Personnel Overview

Spès Manirakiza - Guinea Coordinator, SFCG
Ms. Manirakiza has been SFCG Guinea program coordinator since 2003. She previously directed SFCG's Women’s Peace Center in Burundi, which develops programs to strengthen the capacity of women to promote peace and reconciliation in their communities. A trained journalist, she publishes articles, conducts workshops and delivers presentations at international gatherings on media and conflict.
