Mission
DCBF is a US 501 c3 nonprofit charitable supporting organization and a Brazilian NGO dedicated to aiding street children and impoverished youth in Brazil. We work in partnership with local organizations and NGO's to provide: education, moral and social development, humanitarian relief, and the offering of opportunities where there were none before.

Anselmo Serrat is the founder of the Picolino School of the Art of Circus, which was founded in 1985, since such time it has attended to more than 2000 children, adolescents, and youth- graduating dozens of artists and educators of the Circus. A pioneering experience in Brazil in the work of Circo Art Education amongst youth in situations of social risk.
