Personnel Overview

Rick McGowan - Clean Water Consultant
Managed numerous development projects for World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), Danida, United Nations Development Program (UNDP), U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), and international/local NGOs. Twenty-seven years of international experience in 29 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, and seven years of domestic engineering design and construction.

Vo Thi Hien - Deputy Program Manager, Clean Water and Sanitation
Lead community development projects for various organizations such as World Vision, Duy Tan Open University, and East Meets West. Currently works in implementation and management of the Global Partnership for Output Based Aid and World Bank-funded Clean Water Program in five Central provinces (2008 – 2010). Is also national coordinator for EMW's Early Childhood Care & Education program.
